Welcome to Guardian Recovery Coaching!

My name is Daniel Reynolds. Friends and family call me Dan. As a certified recovery coach professional I have been working in the field of providing addiction support services for over 3 years. I specialize with people who are dual-diagnosed. As a coach I serve as a guide, a resource, and a mentor. I provide support services for people exploring the idea of sobriety, for those new to recovery who want to maintain sobriety, and for those struggling in the grips of their addiction. 
 

As a person in recovery I know what it's like to be filled with the fear of living life without alcohol or drugs. From crippling anxiety to losing the choice to drink and use drugs, I was lost, hopeless, and scared. I know what it's like to lose everything from jobs, housing, and trust from family and loved ones. I thought I would not make it past 27, but here I am at 31. It took support from A LOT of different sources to find joy in life without substances, and to ultimately find purpose.

I have found healing power through nature, and love to get outside as much as possible. Along with with being outside in nature, it's important for me to maintain mental and physical health by exercising. I have found a love for cooking, meditating, practicing yoga, live music, and being with friends and family. I have made it a mission of mine to help others find love for life, and unlock the door to freedom from drugs and alcohol.
